Discounted Rates for Attendees
NMSDC has negotiated discounted hotel rates for attendees. The hotel portal will open the second week of May. You must make your hotel reservation through the portal below. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. All reservations must be received by September 18, 2025, to guarantee availability and conference rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates.
Shuttle Services
We are pleased to offer a convenient daily shuttle service for all our listed hotels. Our shuttles will be available at the reception of each hotel, ensuring easy access for all attendees.
We also encourage our guests to take advantage of the stunning scenery of Miami. If you're able, consider walking to the convention center to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and beautiful views along the way.

Housing Pirates
Housing “pirates” and “poachers” are third-party companies that misrepresent themselves by claiming to be the housing provider for a given convention or trade show and profit by booking registrants outside the official room block.
Don’t be misled! NMSDC does not solicit attendees for housing reservations. If you receive an unsolicited phone call or email by a third-party, avoid providing any personal and/or financial information. These companies are not affiliated or working in partnership with NMSDC, and reservations made through these companies for our annual conference cannot be guaranteed. Please also get as much information as you can and pass it along to us at info@nmsdc.org.

Cut-Off Date: The last date to book your reservation at the discounted rate is September 1, 2025, so we encourage you to book as soon as possible.
Sub-Block Requests: Anyone needing more than 5 rooms would need to have their request approved by NMSDC first. Please email your request to Paula Eggleston at peggleston@baltimore.org or 1-877-205-2871.
Assistance by Phone: If any night required for your stay is not available, if you need to make multiple reservations, or if you are experiencing any difficulty accessing the booking site, please call 800-282-6632, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. ET Monday -Friday, for assistance.
Hotel Confirmations: Upon booking through the housing bureau, you will receive a reference ID number. This number is not your confirmation number but rather an ID number specific to the housing bureau. The housing bureau will submit rooming lists to the properties 30 days out from the conference. After the housing bureau has submitted the rooming lists to the properties, attendees will then receive their final confirmation.
