Full conference registration fees for the NMSDC Annual Conference & Exchange cover your attendance for: all sessions and impact labs (including on-demand recordings available post-conference), the Welcome, Networking, and Farewell Receptions, Awards Ceremony, The Exchange, Matchmaker sessions, and Ask the Expert Mentoring Sessions.

One-day registration passes cover your attendance for all sessions and workshops on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, including on-demand recordings available post-conference. Two-day passes are available for Monday-Tuesday or Tuesday-Wednesday. The SWAG bag is not included in one-day and two-day registration passes.

Cancellation Information: Cancellations are permitted through Friday, September 22, minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation refund requests must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to the event start date. Requests for cancellation made less than 30 days prior to the event start date are not eligible for refunds. There are no refunds for no-show, late arrival, or early departure.
