Looking for an easy way to access all the information you need for the conference? Download the 2023 NMSDC Annual Conference & Exchange and MBDA National MED Week app.

Get Started in 5 Easy Steps

  1. Access the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device and search for the "Cvent Events" app. Download it. 
  2. Once you’ve opened the app, enter “NMSDC" in the search bar. Tap the icon to download the event.
  3. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen, then log in. Enter your first name, last name, and email. Then tap the arrow.
  4. Verify your account. You will receive an email and text message containing a verification code. Return to the app, enter the code, and then tap the arrow.
  5. Enable notifications (optional). Stay up to date about schedule changes, promotions, and other activities.

New App Feature: Introducing the Game Center

In addition to using the 2023 NMSDC Annual Conference & Exchange and MBDA National MED Week app to plan your schedule and connect with new contacts, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in an exciting new game.

The game can be accessed by selecting the navigation menu (the icon that features three horizontal lines) at the bottom far right. Then select the Connect drop-down menu and select Game Center. 

By playing, you will have a chance to win a complimentary full conference registration for Atlanta in 2024.

There are four categories where you can earn points:

  1. Attendee Engagement - You can accumulate points by adding your photo to your profile, posting messages on the main feed, reacting to messages, and responding to messages.

  2. Session Engagement - Points can be earned by checking into a session and providing feedback.

  3. Mainstage Speaker Cheerleader - Earn points by asking questions or upvoting questions during mainstage speaker sessions.

  4. Event Engagement - Points can be earned by logging into the app and completing the registration check-in process.

Remember to have fun while you compete to get to the top of the leaderboard.
